As the owner of a growing business, I am particularly aware of the struggles faced with time management and the desire to "do all the things" yourself. As the heart and soul of our businesses, we feel it is our duty to put all our time and effort into doing what it takes to make the business run smoothly.

That is why I am here to say it is ok to bring on help. It is ok to say, "this is not what I want to do" and find the specialist or team who can do it for you.

As a Virtual Assistant and Business Manager, I am here to design a system and team that handles the behind-the-scenes efforts of what it takes to manage an online business. We organize and manage all the details to make you look like the expert you are.

I am an Executive Virtual Assistant with ten years of experience working with C-Suite executives and small business owners. I am also a wife and mother to three boys and became a VA to continue to assist executives with their tasks. I enjoy calendar and email management as much as one-off tasks such as permitting & research. I love having the flexibility to set my own office hours and being an active participant in my family's life.

I specialize in records management, QuickBooks bookkeeping, accounting, and being an effective gatekeeper. I take an active role in streamlining your day-to-day efforts, eliminating mundane tasks from your schedule so you can focus on what matters most.

As a VA I love the flexibility of being able to work from where I ever I choose. No formal attire required. It truly is freeing to make my own schedule and still be part of a vibrant team.  

My husband and I have moved a lot over the past decade, and each time we moved I quit my job and lost relationships along the way. So, becoming a VA made sense. I can work from wherever we live and I don’t have to worry about leaving my job or the relationships I build through work opportunities. We also have a needy rescue dog that doesn’t like to leave my side. When we fell in love with him, the requirement to adopt him was for someone who works from home. He has found his comfy place beside me, in whatever room I choose to work in that day.

With experience as a Social Media Specialist, I provide solutions for clients’ social media needs ranging from content curation and post creation to strategic planning and scheduling.  Business owners are all too familiar with Social Media burnout.
